Procognia's Propriety technology - the GlycoScopeTM is a rapid, quantitative, multiple-sample glyco-analytical tool for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).

This analysis provides quantitative information for:

  • G0/G1/G2 ratio
  • Core fucose abundance.
  • Sialic acid quantitation
  • The antigenic structure α1-3 galactose
  • High mannose

GlycoScopeTM is applicable for screening mAb glycosylation profiles during the entire process of biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing, including cell line and clone selection, upstream and downstream process development and manufacturing in-process control.
