GlycoScopeTM mAb Kits Applications
GlycoScopeTM mAb Kit is used throughout the entire development process, from clone screening, through media and process
development, to production in-process control and monitoring,
reducing development cost, time and risk.

GlycoScopeTM mAb Kit is the ideal solution for novel, biosimilar, and bio-better mAbs.
GlycoScopeTM mAb Kits Applications Case Study
230 samples of a biosimilar mAb:
4 clones
4 serum free media
2 temperatures
3 feeding rates

GlycoScopeTM mAb Kit is based on an integrated technological
platform.
Over 20 characterized lectins with overlapping and complementary specificities, in an array format.
The intact, labeled, glycoprotein binds the lectin array;
The array is scanned to detect binding intensity
The glycoprotein-lectin interaction signals are de-convoluted into
quantitative results, using a lectin-glycoprotein recognition
database and proprietary algorithms.
GlycoScopeTM mAb Kits contain: Lectin arrays Required at customer site: Microarray scanner |

GlycoScopeTM is a validated technology, presenting comparable performance to HPLC in accuracy, reproducibility, linearity, and system suitability. GlycoScopeTM | |
How can I start using the GlycoScopeTM kit?
GlycoScopeTM mAb Kit is designed for self-use by our customers.
To get started, an assay calibration is required for each mAb, to
determine optimal glycan exposure conditions in the Fc region, which are concealed due to the 3-D structure of the native protein. The protein sequence affects the exposure conditions.
Assay calibration is provided as a service at our:
